Shipping Charges

US & Canada: Unless otherwise specified we will select the lowest priced ground transportation, usually UPS or FedEx. All others: Unless otherwise specified we will ship by Air Freight, insured; freight added to your credit card or invoice.

Prices and Terms for ALL Customers

All prices are F.O.B. Ventura, CA, and include packing. Terms Net 30 days to rated accounts.
Orders below minimum subject to Special Charge below, or, contact local dealer who may have lower minimum order.
In the case of back-ordered items, we will provide price protection wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to change prices to reflect cost changes from our suppliers.

Minimum Order for Retail Customers

Orders totaling less than the amount shown below will require Special Handling Charge below:
Minimum Order: $50.00 by purchase order (or see below).
Minimum Order: $25.00 by American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover

Minimum Order and Terms for Dealers

Minimum Order: $100.00 by purchase order (open account)
Minimum Order: $50.00 by American Express, Visa or MasterCard or COD.
First order COD until or Credit Card until we check credit references.

Special Charges

Special Handling charge of $10.00 for:
Orders less than $50.00 net (if bought via purchase order).
Special Post Office trips, because we ship UPS (US shipments only).
Prepaid Air Freight shipments, because we normally ship Air Freight collect.
For every drop shipment direct to customer (Applies to dealers only).

Special Offers

Unless otherwise stated, whenever Special Offers or Discounts are offered, the following conditions will apply:

Any discount will be from published list prices.
Discounts or other offers may not be combined.
Offers or discounts on orders placed via our web site may not reflect the offer or discount, in this case we will make the adjustment on your invoice, or rebate any promised discount or offer.
Unless otherwise stated, any offer or discount will expire 30 days from the date first published.
Any offer of free or reduced shipping charges will apply to the lowest commercial shipping method available. In other words, ground shipments, not air or expedited.

Export Terms

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs fees assessed by the destination country. Such fees are not know at time of shipment and are not included in our price or invoice.
On Export shipment of less than US $200.00 we will add a $15.00 export documentation fee. (Canada excluded)
No export documentation fee on orders prepaid, or paid by American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
Unless otherwise requested, we will ship by Air Freight, insured; freight charges collect.

Credit Cards

We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard & VISA.

Credit cards are charged immediately when orders are placed via our web site. When shipping charges vary from the computer generated charge, we will contact you to authorize adjustment.

For all other orders, we normally do not charge your card until day of shipment, however, on export orders and special order items that must be purchased from our supplier, we will charge your card on the day the item is ordered from our supplier.
